Welcome

Welcome to our shared world of Barra.  Its a game world that has been played in many editions of Dungeons and Dragons, Castles and Crusades for over 30 years. About 50 people have had a hand in shaping what we are playing in right now.  The current events take place on a small island, Skagin, in the northern seas. The year is 1056 and a group of adventurers has been gathered by the White Lady, Isa, who resides and protects the Murder Forest. The end goal is for the group to enter and retrieve from Gommelfell the sword of Chaos, as ancient artifact, that lies somewhere in the sewers of the town return it to her and to remove it from the hands of the evil that resides now in old Gommel.  To do this she has set the group to task to recover various items for her to use to help protect and aid the group in their final goal. The first item was to recover a White Dragon scale.  The group did this and I will leave it up to the people who were there to tell that story. Though each was there, there may be differences of opinion in how the tale is told - all part of the fun. So I will open the blog and hope that the Players can now start to introduce themselves and tell their tales. Game on!
